The Q-60 is designed to check most types of internal groove diameters:  o-ring groove diameters, and most other seal grooves, as well as snap ring groove diameters, grind reliefs, thread reliefs, and most other types of ID grooves.
 

COST CUTTER – Does the work of several expensive gages.  Very long life.

CAPACITY LEADER – Just compare. Far more capacity for your dollar. Reaches deep into small bores. Extremely wide ID groove diameter range.  Standard to over 10" ID.  Goes where other gages cannot go. Indicator graduations are .0005".

PRACTICAL – Two-point contact.  Set with ordinary micrometers or items of known size.  Contacts the work using readily available, inexpensive 4-48 threaded extensions and contact tips. 

SETUPS ARE SIMPLE and FAST.
